| BISCOTTI GRANUCCI originated in a small town called Porcari in Tuscany, Italy. There lived Armida, a loving mother and talented cook, who would bake her famous biscotti for the whole town to enjoy. Armida, her husband, and two children settled in Healdsburg, California where she had three more children, one of whom would carry on the secret Biscotti Granucci recipe.
