What's happening on the Basset home front and when and where the next Basset Walk is...if you are not yet a member come and join the Club at a Walk or use the Membership Form. all lovers of the Basset Hound whether they be confirmation exhibitors,
breeders, obedience or part of your family. If you are a member of the BHCV and have a photo or story about your Basset that you would like put on this Website contact the Webmaster. and if you have recently had one of your Basset family die...send us a tribute to go on the Rainbow Bridge page. The Club also publishes a newsletter called "The Basset Ear" which is full of news and information and is available with membership of the Club. If you are interested in joining the Club email the Secretary for an application form or printout membership form. There are Bassets in the community who fall on hard times and our Club operates a Basset Rescue Service for more details follow the link. Our calendar year features the Club Championship and Open shows, this is a great time to see lots of Bassets, meetings to discuss the well-being of the breed and the Club, Dutch auctions, the ever popular Basset Walks, the Christmas Picnic and through it all we have all made some close friends in the process. If you wish to join the Club and be part of the fun with your Basset, download the Membership Form, print it and fill in your details and post it to the Club Secretary, the address is on the form.
