- What is your favorite movie(s) and why?
My favorite movie is The Natural. I am a big fan of baseball and the movie is
about baseball. It is a great story and is well acted.
- What is the best web page (of any kind) that you have seen so far?
I love google. It is very basic and gets the job done incredibly well. I always
use it to find stupid stuff that seems obscure.
- What areas of Math/CS that you like? Why?
I enjoy programming and web-scripting. The programming can be VERY frustrating
but in the end when everything works I feel like I have really accomplished
something.
- What areas of Math/CS that you hate? Why?
I hate circuits. For CS we had to take ECE 53 A and B. I hated those classes.
I could care less about V = IR. We had 3 hour labs too. It was horrible. I am
just glad I am done with those classes.
- What is your expectation about this course? What do you like this course to
cover?
I don't have any grand expectations for this course. I read the description
and it seemed interesting. I am curious to learn more about graph theory since
I have a limited knowledge of it. However, other than that I am just here to
learn whatever is brought up.
The main web sites that I have seen about graph theory and graph design are this classes web page and the CS graphics class web page
Graph: A graph is a finite group of vertices connected by edges.
Subgraph: A graph entirely inside a larger graph.
Path in a graph: A path is a sequence of edges that flow from one vertex to
another.
(a stickman)
There are 6 paths of length 3.
