Welcome to my webpage. I built this site to help in the coming 3 month experiment using HIT principals. Of coarse I will be updating constantly with new pix and semi daily journal entries. I will try to archive the old ones, but that remains to be seen.Now I don't plan on this site being all business. On occasion I will post somethings that I find fun or interesting but not BB related. This should not suprise anyone, since have usurped the DON'T MESS WITH THE S!! and blatantly use it as if I had thought of it! As for why I am doing this experiment, it is because I do not feer change, only short-changing myself! If this experiment fails I will have only lost 3 months. If It succeeds, We will all have gained a lot for me undertaking this unorthodoxed training method. Either way, there is an education involved.

Lets give a little history. I have been traing for roughly over 3 years. When I started I was 6'3" 275lbs. I had 15" arms and a 42 inch waist. Now I have 18 1/4" arms and a 38 inch waist. Weight, 235lbs. Now that was not all done until the last year and a half. You see I spent the first half doing everything wrong! No growth, no fat loss. But I felt better, and I knew I could do more. So I went from training every body part everyday to once a week, only having workouts on mon wed and fri. It worked great. but progress started to slow down. Never did it stop, onle slowed down. Now there are several things that I could do, but changing my work out to a hit style was what I chose. I did this for several reasons. I think the biggest being that it is not popular to go against the norm, there fore no one does it. I WANT TO KNOW WHY! Now, it could be that noone uses it cuz it just doesn't work. But if that where the case than there would be plenty of peopl saying"hey it doesn't work!!" But that is just not the case here. So follow along and see for your self. Be your own judge.

The plan:

It is simple, realy! Almst the same workout I had before with more days off!! It will look a little like this.

Workout A will be side and front delts, bi's, tri's and maybe some forearms

Workout B will be Thighs, hamstrings, calves and abs.

Workout C will be chest, back, and rear delts.

I will be taking 3 days off between workouts in the first month, four in the second, and five in the third. This is designed to compensate for the bodies need for more time to recover. I (in theory) see how this will work. But I also thought kissing Heather when I was 8 was (in theary) a good I dea. That kiss has led me streight down the path of distruction ever since.
