What should I do before going to a sun club
None at all apart from what you would do if going anywhere else, eg bathing & regular habits of clenliness
What do I take
The most important thing is yourself; comfortable footwwear, towels to sit on,a sun lounger if you wish, suntan lotion, a book, a picnic, its up to you
Will it benifit my health
Yes, if you take part in general things like games or just walking about, you will also benefit from the relaxation, fresh air and no stress
Where can I go to Try Naturism
You can find a secluded spot in the country side, go to a naturist beach, your own back garden or visit a sun club
Do I tell my friends
Some people do and some do not, this is up to you but it has been found that those who do find that friends often want to know more and are interested
