| From FLEX magazine Sept, 2000: What are your goals for this year's Mr.Olympia? I have dreamed of being in the Mr.Olympia contest since I was a little boy. Now my dream is about to come true. I feel a great responsibility to represent European bodybuilding. Many people in America do not know about all the great bodybuilders we have in Europe, exept for Markhus Ruhl and Jean-Pierre Fux. By competing in the bodybuilding contest, I hope to show that bodybuilding is a truly a worldwide sport. |

| From interview between Mr.Lenin and Russian TV: Q: Mr. Lenin how do you like the Mr.Olympia 2000 contest? A: Oh! I'm so impressed because the first time in history of Mr.Olympia contest I could see the Ukrainian muscles here. Q:What do you mean? A: I mean Oleg Zhur and I am very proud that he is the only man who prooved my theory: No pain - No gain. Q: What happened to your head? A: When I saw Oleg Zhur so well balanced and his perfect abdominals, I lost my mind and unfortunately my head. I hope to see him again on the Arnold Classic 2001, but I have nothing to lose.
