"I'm surviving the heat wave here in Southern California. I'm drinking lots of water and running cool water on my wrists, which is a trick I learned. It cools the whole body down instantly. It was especially useful yesterday when I had to drive into the San Fernando Valley, where it's always 10 degrees hotter. I was meeting with the "Big Brother 5" staff, as we are working on this upcoming season's twist! We launch the show on July 6.
