Hi! We are Brian and Randy Bricker. Thank you for visiting our website. We are a die-hard International family. We are from Chambersburg, PA, which is in the southeastern corner of PA near the MD line. This is an all-family operation. My brother, Randy and his wife, Wendy, run our farming operation. While, I, Brian run the family school bus business. We have 21 buses on the road every day, as well as charter tours. My sister, Jen, goes to the University of Pittsburgh. My other sister, Diana, works with the family business in the office. I have 2 sons, Matt and Ben, that are tractor pulling fanatics. Wonder where they get that from?! My first tractor pull, at the age of 9, was at the Winternationals in Harrisburg, PA, in 1974. I have been hooked on smoke ever since! My brother and I were so hooked on it that we used to play tractor pulling in my mom's laundry room every day. We would go outside and find small twigs and light them. And then stick them on our tractors and blow out the sticks so they would smoke as they went down the "track", UNTIL mom caught us!! And you can imagine what happened next......NOT GOOD!!
Anyway, we started pulling Pennsylvania modified stock in 1993, starting out with a 1206 that was originally owned by Carl Smith (Night Moves). We then upgraded to the present 1466, that we call the Barnburner! It has gone through a couple of changes through the years. In the beginning it was called the infamous "Rumpshaker"!! If you are a tractor puller you will know why!! At the moment, we are upgrading to a prostock to run on the East Coast Series with ATPA. Some of the most memorable moments came in 1997 when we pulled at Bowling Green, OH. It was like going to tractor pull heaven!! We met alot of nice people and sat right beside the Boxler's (The Special), where we had a nice conversation on the woes of farming. Then in 1999, we pulled at Monroe, MI and received the Lucas Oil Best Appearing Award, which appeared on ESPN 2. Let's just say we were THRILLED to say the least!! More to come later on, but for now, ENJOY!! ~Bricker Bros. |
