Hello,Hello everybody , today I'm gonna learn you how to make what I call
The Rose of Death.

Step 1 : Make a new document 500x500

Step 2 : Press 'D' to reset your colors and press Shift+Backspace and than Enter to make your background black.

Step 3: Create a new layer and go on that layer to Filter>>Render>>Clouds

Step 4 : Go to Filter>>Stylize>>Emboss with the following settings:
Angle : 90 degrees Height : 15 Amount : 100%

Your image should look like this now:


Step 5 : Press X to flip your colors and set foreground to yellow

Step 6 : Go to Filter>>Artistic>>Neon Glow with blue as neon color.

Your image should look like this now:


Step 7 : Go to Filter>>Blur>>Radial Blur with the following settings: Amount : 100
Blur method : Zoom
Quality : Best

Step 8 : Press Ctrl+J to duplicate your layer

Step 9 : With the bottom layer go to Filter>>Distort>>Twirl with the following settings:
Angle : 333 degrees

Step 10 : With the top layer go to Filter>>Distort>>Twirl with the following settings:
Angle : -333 degrees

Step 11 : Set the blending mode of the top layer to Difference

Step 12 : Apply to both layers a plastic wrap ( Filter>>Artistic) with the following settings:
Higlight Strength : 15 Detail : 9 Smoothness : 7 This is my final result:
