| Mario and all my present friends |
| In this page, I want to talk shortly of a person I knew, his name was Mario Doucet, and he changed my life. I met him at the end of the summer of 1993, and we became good friends, even tought we were 8 years apart. He understood me, he boosted my moral and last but not least, he showed me , every chance he got, that he cared about me. I worked for him an entire summer. And he was the best boss I ever had. Unfortunatly, he was to die that winter, in a tragic car crash right after christmas. Since that day, I have treasured the gift I got from him, his old computer. I now am the proud owner of his buisness, MD service d'entretien, I keep up his work , and think of him every day. |

| Since Mario died , I have met other people who became my friends, but none will ever replace him. A friend is a very important resource, I have learned that over the years, and I treasure the friendship that has developed between my friends and I, just as much as i treasure my friends. I have also learned that, in friendship , it is not how many friends you have that counts, its the quality of the friendship between those friends. Since I met my friends , I have always maintained that Mario put them on my path, he watched me from up there, and realized that I needed somebody to talk to. So he gave me a friend that reminds me of him, my best friend Steve . From there, Steve's friends , became my friends and they have gotten to know me better and I have to say, because of that, my senior year was the best school year of my life. I have not seen many of my friends since graduation, but deep within my heart , I know we will always be friends. I still see quite often many of my friends, my best friends Joé and Steve, and also , Mike, Rich , Pat, Joel, Yannick , Paul and many more.My friends have shown me over the years that they really do care about me and that they appreciate what I do for them. I have to say that my friends are the best friends I could ask for. They support me in every way they can. They accept the fact that i do not drink nor smoke, they accept me as I am, they do not try to change me. I have absolute confidence in my friends, and I hope they have the same confidence in me. I hope that all my friends will keep in contact with me all trough our lives, and if any of them ever read this page (i'm sure they will) guys (and gals!), I have been wanting to say this for a long while, thank you for being my friends, thank-you for supporting me when I was acting stupid, and mostly thank-you for the patience and the kindeness you have shown me over the years. I really apreciate it, beleive me. As you must have guest by now, friendship is very important in my life, I could not live without my friends, and I thank Mario for the fact that we are almost all studying at the same university, because of that I can see them every day, and when I do see them , it makes my day brighter. My friends are like brothers to me. I. |
