1. Order
It is very easy to make an order. When you find an item you would like to order or purchase, just email us with the code, name of the product, and the quantity. And you can ask for the special price, quality and quantity of capacity the product/minimum order and even to request the sample of the product or anything you want to know.

2. Payment Method
We only recommend you to pay by bank transfer directly to our bank account. And do keep in mind that we will wait for the funds to clear before processing your order. We need to receive at least 50% of the payment at the time of order is placed and the rest of 50% when the goods are ready to ship.

3. Product Information
Every product you see here is hand-made, hand-carved, hand-painted, "everything by hand". The dimensions of the carvings are noted for you, but please understand that all dimensions are approximate, as no two carvings can be made exactly alike. As mentioned before, we have some product ready stock/inventory. Most carvings are made for you when you order them, so delivery time depends on the size of your order, complexity, etc. Ussually it takes from 2 week untill 2 month.

4. Delivery / Shipping
• Air Shipping Service:
will take 3 - 7 days business/working days to arrive to customer's address.

• Sea Freight Service:
to be delivered to the customer 4 - 8 weeks depending to destinations, and will be notified to the customers upon each transaction.
