Yes I have lupus. I found out I had Lupus when I was nine years old. I made this website hopes of finding others with lupus to connect with.	Oh no! The meds are going to take away my nice figure!
For me lupus has affected both my joints and kidneys. Of course I get other things, but I try my hardest to stay away from the fatty foods. I have to be careful because salt is very bad for me. I have to watch what I eat and how I cook.	I'm on medication and also taking vitamins - C, E, Beta Caratine and Calicum. I eat a low fat diet and eat alot of fish, salmon and tuna mostly.
