New Financial Report Available
Our association financial report (PDF) from 1/1/2008 to 7/31/2008 is now available online. We've also added a new contrator based on a neighbor's recommendation. Take a look at the contractors page.
The Avondale Neighborhood is located off of Buck Lake Road on the east side of Tallahassee, Florida. Our homeowners are proud of our neighborhood, with its profusion of dogwoods, azaleas and crepe myrtles. Leon County has recognized the Avondale Neighborhood as its Neighborhood of the Year in 2008, 2006, 2004 and 2000 for small and medium-sized neighborhoods.
