Hi, my name is Neal Trotter. I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma where I work as a graphic designer. I have just recently become interested in building robots as a hobby, but I have been interested in science and science fiction since I was little. I recently built the line-following robot described in David Cook's Book: Robot Building for Beginners. Of course, mine didn't turn out quite as nice as the one in the book, but I think I did a fairly decent job for my first time. See photo here. There are no robotic groups in my imediate area (that I know of) but I have been looking for groups and sites on the web.
