Welcome To The Toybox
Hello and merry met! In cyberspace, I am known as Ausperrian. In reality, I am a creative mind who partakes in the wonders of role-playing in my spare time. And, seeing how everyone is using the internet to reach out to others of like-mind, I saw no reason why I shouldn't do the same.
This site is designed for others of like-minds to coalesce and share ideas. Through here, all who come are welcome to post scenarios, stories, ideas, and comments on what ever game they wish. Of course, the publisher has all copyrights to the games, and the players have all copyrights to their submitted pieces, as well.
So, in short, come, relax, enjoy, and add to the wonders of this community.
News:
12/10/2004 - Well, I've had some success (finally) in resolving my ISP problem. So, I've updated a bit and added a few things of my own personal design to the downloads page. I would also like to inform everyone that, if they haven't heard, White Wolf has opened up a novel writing contest to kickstart their fiction line for the new World of Darkness they just released. For the official rules and regulations go to www.worldofdarkness.com/novelcontest/. It officially starts Janurary 1, 2005, and all entries submitted before then will be deleted. Guess what I'm a-gonna be doin'...:)
2/12/2003 - Alright, I know it's been a while, but I've been arguing with my ISP. So, untill that's changed, I have to access my files from somewhere else. That also means that I have to change my email address. So, if you emailed me and were expecting to get a response, email me again; I just didn't get it. The message board also got deleted since no one signed up. :(
8/02/2002 - Okay, the last of the pages dealing with games that I wanted to put up originally has gone up, and every page has something on it, now. If any of you would like to see something else or have another game grace this page, let me know.
7/10/2002 - So, how's everybody doing? Good, I hope. I'm posting the Changeling page, today. Plus, I've added a new link. It may seem a bit redundant with the message board and all, but I've also started a Yahoo! Group for the page. I figured that it would be better than the message board, but I'll keep that going, too. Oh, and before I forget. I want this to be for you people out there as well as for me; so, if you have any suggestions as to what games I should post, email me and we'll see about getting it done.
7/04/2002 - Happy Independence Day to all you Americans out there! Today, I'm finally posting my scenarios. The first is one of my own. It stems from an adventure hook I found in the Year of the Comet sourcebook published by Wizkids. It's not much, just something to get your players together before all the real fun begins. I'm also giving credit to the authors of the files I already have, but you'll have to give me a little lee-way; my computer is acting a little funny, and it'll be a while till it displays the names I need.
6/15/2002 - I'm reposting almost all the WoD pages, today; I found some problems with them when I was going through them. I'm also finally posting my downloads. Right now, all I've got are some .net books for Shadowrun, and I'm currently entering some scenarios of my own, also for Shadowrun, in an electronically transportable format. Remember, though, that this page will be better once a community grows around it; so, submit and tell a friend. Be well! :)
6/7/2002 - I haven't been working on the page much since it's the end of the school year. (I have brothers in school with a bit of year-end family oriented activities. And, sorry, but family comes first.) Anyways, it looks like I'm actually starting to get SOMEWHERE with this page. Which means that I'm dropping the "Under Construction" bit and posting the Vampire and Mage pages. Enjoy! :)
5/26/2002 - More pages go up, today--the D&D page, the WoD index page, and 5 more pages to at least say, "I'm going to be here."
5/25/2002 - Okay, I told you the message board was my next priority. And, no, I didn't code it myself; I don't know enough about java and HTML to do it. I found a free site that sets it up and houses it on their server for you; it's Server.com. It's worth checking out if you want to put up something like that and don't have the knowledge base yet.
5/24/2002 - The first true page is posted. Yeah! It's a page dedicated to the game Shadowrun, first produced by Fasa and by Wizkids. This page really just has the general story of the game as told by a 14 year old character of mine and a link to a message board that doesn't exist yet. That's my next priority. :) Have fun!
