Tom lost his 20 month battle with Ewings Sarcoma, (a childhood bone cancer), on Aug 28th, 2004 at the age of 44. It is my hope and dream that by an aggressive sales campaign of this cookbook, our family may give back to, The Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute and give other families that struggle with this disease a better chance for life.
