Learn this ancient Greek art of pankration,: an art combining grappling ,boxing and muay thai kickboxing

Many instructors stick to what they have been taught from one art and not willing to change, because changing would mean going against tradition. Therefore they do not progress their knowledge of martial arts and teach unlimited techniques of self-defense.

Tradional arts such as karate, tae kwon do, kung fu teach katas which are just fancy moves that do absolutely nothing for self-defense as they are punching and kicking the air. To learn how to truly defend yourself you need to put yourself in the shoes of the attacker as well as that of the one having to defend himself. Unless you know what it is like to get hit and kicked and having to fight back no technique taught will mean anything.Unfortunately many students of these styles  do not actually realise there is a differece in fighting in tournaments where there are rules and fighting on the street where there are no rules and where it can get dirty.Asoka who has done loss prevention in some of the most dangerous areas knows what works on the street when under pressure especially while trying to make citizen arrests .

On the street your automatic reaction is to react the way you were taught, wrong techniques taught and limited moves can actually get you hurt, that is why there is very few good instructors around.

Don't be fooled by instructors claiming to know what they are talking about and claim to be this and that when infact they are not.

The good news is Soke's Bull Dog teaches only techniques proven to work. If we know a technique won't work we will not teach it. Learn only what works. In Pankration there are none  of the traditional katas found in most arts, it only  teaches straight to the point self-defense/street-defense.

Due to its effectiveness Pankration is useful for Police officers, Security guards and LPOs when trying to control someone causing problems or trying to make an arrest.

Asoka has previously received appreciation awards for outstanding loyalty and integrity two times in a row due to his dedication in martial arts both as a student and assistant instructor.
