| A not-for-profit organization composed of metal artisits and craft workers founded in March 1951. The Guild Mark consists of a shield bearing a salmon (en fesse) across the shield, surrounded by three silversmith hammers. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| For full membership, persons shall submit to the Standards Committee an application form together with three (3) representative pieces of their work using metal and any alternative materials, recently made by the applicant . Associate Members will be persons interestd in the metal arts, or intending to become full members. Application |

| To stimulate and develop interest in traditional as well as innovative metal crafts and art. These include jewelry, silver and gold smithing, sculpture, enamelling, blade making, and involving non-preceious and precious metals, alone or in combination with alternative materials.
