"This is a trial run for an artist in residence program at the Wollombi
Cultural Centre.
The gallery is not usually booked for a show in January so I proposed that I
could use it as a studio
as I have some large mural works that I needed to complete for an exhibition at
the Tin Sheds Gallery at

is hoped that the WVAC can support an artist in residence each year.
As an open studio situation, the community and visitors would be able to
discuss,
in a very immediate way, the concepts of an artist's practice."
Drop in to see, in progress, the works of this noted Australian sculptor.
The finished works will be on display in an exhibition at the end of the
residency (mid Feb).
