I'm a UK playwright who's been writing since his late twenties. One of my plays,"My Brother's Keeper" was chosen from 150 scripts for the final of the Pittsburgh New Play Competition  and recently published in Holland, Belgium and Macedonia. Most have been performed in various parts of the UK and even as far afield as Australia.  My one-act plays last no longer than fifty minutes and have won awaards for drama groups in various competitions worldwide. As well as this I've written two childrens novels and one book of illustrated comic nursery rhymes which have been trialed in local schools with good results. One of my books of illustrated poetry for adults was a crie-de-coeur coping with the rigours of a difficult day and night job. The other is an eclectic mix of humour and seriousness.
