Bobby Joe was last seen playing outside with his sibling between the 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Saturday May 14, 1983. He was wearing a red,blue and grey shirt with blue pants and cowboy boots. Bobby Joe has only 1 identifing mark; a large strawberry birthmark on his outer left thigh, just above the knee. At the time of his disappearance it was about 2x3, it may be larger now.
