Poet Anisur Rahman was born in Madhupur in the District of Tangail, Bangladesh in 1978. He graduated in English Literature; did Masters in English & Linguistics from the University of Dhaka.
Rahman's poetry deals with a variety of contents- nature, love, politics and pains and pleasure of life. His creative vision endowed with intelligence, skill and articulation has made a beginning to create a unique witty voice. Young Anisur Rahman has vast uncultivated future in his world of works. Currently he is serving as a journalist in an English newspaper of Bangladesh.
