dreampop tablature
we are always encouraging contributions and suggestions since this site is currently very fetal, and of course, you will get credit for your tabs. with a little luck we might just grow into something substantial, and hopefully i can actually get around to tabbing out the songs i haven't bothered with. There will be more bands, but i'm still busy typing out tabs for the ones listed here already... so keep checking back! sign the guestbook or drop me a line!

this page is being created with the purpose of providing tablature for bands in this broad genre. the tablature on this page is hard to find or unavailible anywhere else. i'm not going to waste time and space tabbing out "paranoid android" or "cherub rock" or anything like that. if you want it, i'm not going to find it for you. click on the photos to get to the pages. click "back" if you think this page sucks.
Nothing can be said about the Cocteau Twins that hasn't already been said before. They are the finest band in the last 30 years, more progressive and more intellegent than anything else in the eighties and the nineties. The talent that was harnessed will be remembered and inspiriation  for decades to come. Whether it be lyrical, musicial, vocal  or experimental, Cocteau Twins were the only band of their kind.
Slowdive were an amazing band with a very expansive sound, i still hear the influence today in alot of music i hear. very breezy, quite ethereal on one song, equilibrium smashing on the next. This group took the male/female vocal style to a new level. Perfect placement of effects contribute to their sound which was almost excessive, but never self-indulgent. Now defunct, but reformed as Mojave3 the legacy carries on. i will not be posting any Mojave3 tabs... if you want them, Henrik has a great page. http://mojave3.tripod.com
theAutumns have built a reputation that stands for itself. Matthew, Frank and Zin are unparalleled live and in the studio. Whether it be full charged, or subdued theAutumns create an atmosphere of wonder and longing, emotion and imagery. They have written better songs on two albums than most bands do in two decades. Never anything less than brilliant.
Many have defined Low's music as "the sounds of silence". This band can make one line poetry speak volumes. Stark, haunting... and one of the most convincing bands i've ever heard. Very genuine, wasting not a single breath or a single note.
there will be more to come (as soon as i get done tabbing it) this page is not being created with profit in mind in any way shape or form. if you use the contents of this page for profit in any way shape or form that is your own business, and we are not to be held responsible.
