Deck construction rules for the Moderated Format.

Banned List 29/7
Current list of cards banned under the Moderated Format. In addition to complying with the standard DCI Type 1.5 restrictions (which have their own banned list), decks for the Moderated Format have to exclude all the cards on this list.

Current Watch List for the Moderated Format. The Watch List has no effect on deck building or which decks or cards are legal under the Moderated Format. Its simply a list of cards that the members feel are especially worth keeping an eye on. Generally, cards have to stay on the Watch List for at least a month before they can be banned.
