Your Code:
It is the responsibility of each member to keep the assigned code displayed properly at all times (explained in 'Automated Management' section). Failure to do so will result in suspension or removal. The email you received after submission gave code instructions. For help with getting codes, check the Quick Reference Steps.
You have the choice of the server-side JavaScript or individual HTML codes. Which you choose is up to you. Use of HTML code may require occasional adjustments to the code on your end.
Editing Your Membership:
It is the responsibility of each member to keep membership information current. While RMs have limited editing ability, members must maintain their memberships.
Your membership must be associated with a WebRing ID for you to have editing access. For help with migration or editing, check the Quick Reference Steps.
Automated Management:
Automated management (AMS) is enabled for this ring. The system suspends sites which fail the periodic check.
Most failures are because the member does not display the code properly. For this ring there are two acceptable code postings:
- Directly on the registered URL (the URL submitted to this ring). This will result in a "pass" report from the system.
- On a page directly-linked from the registered URL (it must contain the word "WebRings" in the hyperlink or the URL and this ring's code must be on that page.) This will result in a "pass-L" report from the system.
Failure to place the code according to either of the above instructions will result in a "Fail" test and be followed by suspension. You should test your site after installing the code.

If you are interested in joining, read the RULES below. For questions or concerns about this ring, please write me. I will respond to messages with specific issues about this ring but not to requests to promote businesses or requests to review sites which have not made application to this ring.

Ring Status:
Weekday submissions are generally reviewed within 24 hours; weekend submissions are viewed the following Monday.
Rules:
Please be familiar with these, as we do enforce every rule unilaterally. There are two sections to the rules.
Site requirements
- Site must display some professional ice hockey content
- URL submitted MUST include the Geocities domain - no exceptions. Do not submit your own domain or a redirect or any non-Geocities site.
- Content should be original (not links to other sites content to save yourself work).
- We have zero tolerance for profanity, hatred, adult content or direct links to offensive material. This includes using charcters like @, $, ! to "diguise" or "soften" profane words.

Owner requirements
- Site owner must display one of the approved ring codes as described in the left column for the duration of membership
- Site owner must keep URL and email address current for duration of membership
- No redirect URLs may be submitted. You must enter the full URL assigned to your site.

After submission, your site will be reviewed by the manager. Approved sites must place the code on the registered URL immediately or face suspension. Read the Members column for more information.
Please note that before you attempt to submit a site to any ring on this system, that you must:
- Have a Webring ID
- Be logged into that ID.
