Welcome to my world of papier mache masks made in the tradition of the Dominican Republic and the Carribean.  Ever since I was a child, I have been facinated by the universal cultural phenomenon of masks and mask-making.  Growing up in the Dominican Republic, with its influence of Carnival Masks, I learned the painstaking method of fashioning lightweight, papier mache features of horned revelers.

Using artists license I have developed my own creative outlet to create
whimsical versions of these often serious and imposing fantasy creatures, to lift the spirit and brighten the outlook.  I hope you enjoy your visit and will return again soon.
