Basic Requirements and Payment Method
You provide requirement and wishes for Web design or Web
Graphics. I specialize in developing,
publishing, and maintaining web sites for Small Business, Community
Support, Professionals, and Personal Web Sites.
Based on Your data, available sources and research
objective we shall, together with You, work out the most promising
operating plan and set the starting budget for Web Design, typically between $50
and $100. There is NO RETAINER required. The minimum fee for the Start is $50.
After each action I shall send You a preliminary
report by e-mail about what has been done, what has been required for further work and
what are the accumulated costs. My goal is to work with you every step of the way to make sure you are completely

The report also includes the Family
Tree as is being update. I shall also suggest You our opinion about
the best course for future actions and seek Your comment and /or
approval. When the budget is used up, You will be requested to send
Your payment with the Certified Cashiers Check. You can then decide whether to continue with the research or not. If
the research should be continued, You can set a new budget at Your convenience.
