The Board represents various related professions, our donors and the communities that we serve. The Board is active in its search for new members who have demonstrated an interest and commitment to our work through volunteering or giving. The Executive Director serves under the Board and is not a voting member of the Board. The Board meets regularly and reviews the work of the agency and conducts its own affairs in a manner consistent with the by-laws of Alpha Pregnancy Services and other applicable standards. The Board conducts an annual review of all facets of Alpha’s work, including its own performance.
