Payment Terms Policy

TERMS: Net 30 days on approved Credit, or use Visa, Master Card, or American Express at time of order. A 3.5% service charge will be added for any credit cards accepted for payments after time of order. Any account with a balance over 30 days will be assessed a service charge of 1.5% per month.

Product Return Policy

1). There will be no return allowed without an return authorization number assigned by Alpha Identification, Inc. All shipment will be rejected without assigned return authorization number displayed on package.

2). For stock items, ship FOB origin, they are able to be returned for exchange within 20 days with return authorization number.

3). Non-stock items, such as custom printed and special orders, are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
