  Welcome to the Montana Army National Guard Recruit Sustainent Program. Montana has seven locations across Montana. Our Recruit Training Companies train today's   young adults to become Warriors in the Montana Army National Guard.

Our Mission

  Our mission is to maintain an effective Recruit Sustainment Program, or RSP, to reduce Montana's Training Pipeline Losses dramatically (less than 12%) and return more fully prepared MOSQ soldiers to our MT Army National Guard Units. Let�s start with examining how RSPs meet today's training challenges. We address the following issues at the MT RTC:
