Hi everyone… Welcome to our site!

Take your time browsing through our site. I hope you enjoy this as much as we have, who knows maybe we could arrange through our website to get some more volunteers who would like to visit Alderley Edge…

We are a group of ordinary people from Manchester who are not in any sort of cult or anything, just curious about the unknown. This is our first attempt at creating this website so please forward any suggestions or ideas that you may have and we will gladly get back in touch and answer any of your enquires. It’s such a wonderful thing to be able to share any exciting issues that we may have and would love everyone from around the world to be able to share the experiences that we have had. This is what we call our “chilling-out” place. When you have visited Alderley Edge, you leave with a great sense of calming, and you will feel an inward tranquillity in yourself. No bad moods just feeling calm. It’s a lovely feeling; you just want to go back again and again.

Our first visit to Alderley Edge

There were three of us; Billy, Christine and myself (Lisa). We first visited in the daytime and found this place to be very spiritual and calming. I suggested we should get a few of our friends together and visit it again in the evening, even though we knew the woods would be very dark and spooky… we felt it was something we had to accomplish. So, we arranged with some friends to do this one Saturday evening around 7.30pm just before the sun leaves us for another day.

We all met up at Billy's. I had a checklist just in case of any accidents as my brother Bernard was coming… Although he said he isn't afraid of the dark he hasn't been back since.

We set off in two cars. When we arrived, we all took a photo of the group before walking towards the entrance to the woods. It was still quite light. Billy and I had been to the woods a couple of days before to mark trees so we could find our bearings because it's very easy to get lost and there isn't a soul in sight to help you. (If you decide to go, please don't rely on a mobile phone to ring the emergency services because it's hard to get a signal).

As we soon entered the woods, we walked past trees that had fallen down, and strangely, they still grow. It’s like a scene out of Amytiville!!!

I had some candles and my tarot cards with me, we walked further down towards the Druids circle as I was going to do a few readings there.

After completing Mark's and Christine's readings, I lit the candles as everywhere by now had gone completely dark. We could just see each other. I could only see the person who was in front of me whom I was doing a reading for. It was very spooky but I gave everyone a lucky charm as I believe they guide you through unknown territories.

Upon completing all the readings… it went quite cold so we all got up to leave. There were strange noises everywhere. We weren’t scared but more intrigued of what we might find. This was all such a big adventure for us. We are not kids we were just enjoying being able to do the things that we would of liked to do whilst we are still young.

You have to experience this for yourself. If you’re the type to be easily scared please don't go as you will only freak yourself out!!! Please believe in all that you see and believe there is always “someone” looking and guiding you at these times and truthfully you will believe that it’s not the dead that harm you, it’s the living.

If you decide to visit Alderley Edge, you should bring cameras and camcorders as when we visited; we saw signs and markings which were very strange.

Caves with markings, carved names and old candles that someone has used. Seeing these things proves that there are others out there that visit regularly. So if it's you… please feel free to email us with your sightings and we could keep in touch… who knows what answers we will find.

We always take a digital camera and when we had enough snaps we would then return home and put all our pictures onto the pc so we could get a good look them, I will say no more as the camera cannot lie, you can mess around with it add things but what would you be achieving??? Nothing at all… we honestly have not lied about anything we have seen on our photos.

One special one we had was a pic from a stack of twigs neatly in a nest around the ground forming into a sign something that you see on Blair witch project it was obviously a meaning of some sort. We do have the pics available for you to view if you want to email us with your views as we would be most grateful as these signs are puzzling us. I have looked up some of the signs and its something to do with Wiccan magic Celtic festivals. I haven't really looked into the meaning of these just yet but we will.

There's lots of information about the history of Alderley Edge and about the war that was thought there with the druids etc. There are many pics of the caves in Alderley, spooky yes but next plan is to go through them, get the correct equipment as it can be very dangerous, you can look at all the signs and marking from them… what do they mean??? Do you know??? Then let us know…

Plan 2 is to camp the night before Halloween in the woods as we would love to just see what goes on there we will be taking a camera and a web cam because this I do not want to miss!!! There's no point going down there on Halloween hoping to get in as the police block all entrances to there. Why do they do this if nothing goes on there??? Do the police have any answers??? No chance… they just say it’s dangerous, but why???

If you would like to know how we got on then feel free to browse our site a couple of days later after Halloween as we will transfer our adventure onto our website and you can get to watch the video snips that we will hope to have. Why I'm saying this is because every time I take a camera, it never works. The newly purchased batteries suddenly are dead… but let me carry on… there was one time when Billy and myself visited Alderley Edge in the daytime.

We both had digital cameras and mine went dead straight away… not able to take one pic weird eh???  Well listen… we were walking up a path somewhere near the devils grave… a lady approached us with her dog… she said “I'll let you pass as it’s a big drop down there”

She had the scariest eyes you have ever seen!!! When she passed us we both felt cold and shivers went down our spines!!! We both agreed that she was unusual… I mean… an old lady wondering around the woods in Alderley Edge on her own… not much of a guard dog beside her… bustling along on her own… but what was strange was that when we both turned round to look at her again… she had disappeared!!! There was no other path other than the one we were on and a big drop!?!?

Just as we got over that…we approached a big rock… and on that rock, stood upright, two Duracell batteries fully charged!!!!!

Spooky??? No one in sight!!! Well… that's only a few of our experiences!

We'll tell you about the others soon...
