phila today

now is the coffee of our fair pleasure, made glorious froth

How could it be otherwise? The fanciful decor of "Crimson Moon"
at 20th and Sansom Streets beckons regulars and visitors alike - a memory
for gentle and fiercely burning hearts. Today, amid the heat of summer
and with the blues playing in the background,
two regulars spent the afternoon reading
Shakespeare aloud to one another -
from the book to
each other's eyes and
back again,
without fear of banishment
from dwelling in either domain.
