Remodeling ones home (or business) can seem a daunting task. Disrupting daily life to improve ones property value, can cause stress and apprehension for some! Many of the remodel horror stories that people hear or read about are unfortunately, true in some cases. Read the article: "Surviving the Remodeling Process"! Our method is simple: We play no numbers games, we plan ahead, and we do it right the first time. We have no sales persons making commissions off your project; no middlemen with their hands in the pie. We keep a low overhead; we follow the KISS paradigm! We employ innovative construction methodologies. We have no predatory sales methods (trying to sell you what you do not want or need). We want you to get what you want, this makes it a win/win situation. We want you to recommend us! We have building methodologies that are not known to most GCs or their subs. The home owner, property manager or business owner must be empowered with knowledge before signing a contract! If you're just price shopping an idea, that's great, and we do not charge for basic estimates. But time is precious, yours and ours, and so it's better to e-mail or call us with your idea and we will give you a $$ number to ponder (to know if it's within your budget). If you already have a good idea of the costs involved, and have decided what you want done, you may want to draw a set of basic plans with approximate demensions, and then get bids from those plans. The estimates you do obtain will be an "apples to apples" comparison (you'll get more accurate estimates). If you do not want to get plans in advance, no problem: AGI will produce all necessary design and architectural plans for all the improvements that we contract, provided you already have a good idea of what you want done and the costs involved, and are ready to get started. We want you to participate at a level comfortable for you!
