I design websites using XHTML and CSS (Cascading Stylesheets). I also know how to adapt interactive Javascript elements which are often found in free databases on the World Wide Web. In addition, I make a great deal of effort to make sure my websites are w3c compliant - meaning accessible to those with disabilities. This includes using alt tags (alternative text for all images), descriptions of tables and proper use of CSS and XHTML. I design graphical elements using Photoshop Elements and Microsoft Publisher.

I am willing to work at an hourly rate or by contract. We can use these sample forms ( Website Design Contract, Website Design Process) or work out a more flexible agreement.
