Our company is not bound to target only specific projects. The
projects that come our way are diversified and we will attempt to
outline some of them.

One of them is Hydroponic Farming, a project that was introduced by
Israel due to the absence of adequate arable land. The yield produced
by these farms was way in excess of conventional farming and in a
lesser time frame, and with marginally less manpower, making it a cost
effective opperation.It is a typical poverty alleviation programme
and if implemented by certain institutions we have mentioned, we have
no doubt that it could provide a lasting solution to their financial
problems. Technical assistance as well as buisness skills together
with various support systems will be provided to ensure that the farm
becomes a profitable entity.

Another project earmarked for funding is a gamepark together with all
the necessary amenities and facilities that is designed to give the 
tourism industry a huge boost. The magnitude of the project is such 
that it will have to be done in various stages.

In addition there are a number of Industrial Parks, both local and in 
the neighbouring states as well as housing projects that are being 
processed by our company. 

There is an enormous housing backlog and an industry that could benefit 
from this demand is a brick making factory. Information and specifications 
are available about machines for brick making, paving bricks, roof tiles, 
building blocks and precast walling. One cannot overemphasise the importance 
of this market and it certainly is a competitor in the job creation market.

The clothing industry is another business that has great potential. As a 
start up operation, cut make and trim (CMT) factories can be started and 
these can eventually evolve into factories producing their own brand of 
garments. These industries usually start of as home industries before 
becoming fully fledged businesses.

Small scale bakeries to meet the basic demands of communities can also be 
established. These are available as container units and are cost effective. 
As is outlined above, our company is prepared to look at any project that is 
income generating, job creating and has the potential to sustain itself. As a 
pre-requisite, all we are asking is that these potential businesses then 
inject into their communities some percentage of their profits towards social 
upliftment.
