So what now? Having trouble knowing where to start? Finding things a little overwhelming? Even if you have been planning your wedding since you were a little girl, it still may feel a little daunting when it is your turn to walk down the aisle. There are so many options when it comes to style, location and vendors; even more so, when you are having the wedding in an unfamiliar city. As your bridal consultant I can help you organize all the things you need to make your dream wedding a reality. The leg work is something that needs to be done but is also very time consuming. If you don’t have time to run all over the city scouting locations, meeting vendors and selecting places to take photos, I can do all that for you. I can also arrange for dress fittings, make salon appointments and plan the engagement party. You have waited a long time for this day, and want to be an active part in planning your big day. I can be involved as much or as little as you need. Check out my package prices, any of these can be catered to fit your specific needs. |
| Package 1 (consists of the leg work)
* Consultation (Getting to Know The Couple) * Discuss what your vision is / Discuss your budget * Scope out possible locations (will take photos of each location to show couple) * Will meet with vendors & provide couple with estimates from vendors to select from * I'll compile a time line for the couple to follow for preparing the ceremony *this package is for the bride who wants to do most of the planning herself but requires help with the beginning stages. Package 2 All that is included in the above package plus: * Scheduling appointments to meet with prospective vendors * Helping the bride in selecting the flowers, bridal attire, invitations, booking fittings * Arranging engagement party * Supervising set-up of ceremony & reception * Helping with the design of invitations & programs * Helping with the preparation of guest lists and seating arrangements * Helping the bride select favours (assembly assistance if necessary) * Will attend ceremony ½-1 hour prior to make sure all arrangements are set-up as planned so bride & groom can have a stress-free day * Prepare check lists for best man & maid of honour so they are aware of their responsibilities and what is expected of them * Will call vendors for confirmation 2-weeks prior to the event Package 3 Includes everything listed in above packages plus: * Booking salon appointments for bride and attendants * Arranging for light refreshments at the salon the day of the wedding for the bride & attendants * Attend reception up until dinner to make sure that everything goes according to plan * Prepare programs for wedding (if required) * This package also includes assistance in the arrangement of the wedding shower, if required A 10% (non-refundable) deposit is required at the time of booking. (Deposits will be applied to total cost). Consultations are subject to a fee of $50 (this will be applied to the purchase price if an event is booked). Services can also be purchased a la carte. Prices are negotiable & include GST. |
