Book of the Month

The Book of the Month series is based on a monthly central theme which includes school wide discussion and developmentally appropriate activities in Grades K-8. Each book embraces diversity in learning in the classroom and  also connects cross curricularly with other subject areas and the school wide Religion projects, The C-Project (faith awareness) and the Great Bible Reef (Bible study).

Month:              August Book:    More Than Anyhthing Else Author:          Marie Bradby Theme:  The theme of hope is a good way to start the school year.  When we begin something new there is sometimes fear or nervousness that we will not be able to achieve what is expected of us.  Always try and not fear new ideas, embrace them in your own special way, and achieve your goals through hope.
