The grounds of the complex are beautifully landscaped The landscape committee does a magnificent job and I can say that because the results are undeniable.
The Tennis court is in excellent condition for those that like to hit the ball around. There is even a bench for fans!
The pool was redone in 2000 and is heated to a comfortable 85 degrees. The pool furniture is comfortable and well maintained. Condo, pool parties are held here so that residents, tenents and guest can meet and get aquainted.
The view from the lania looks out over the canal. It is peaceful, fun to watch fish jump and the occasional boater fall in the water
This is the canal that runs behind the unit. You can fish off the dock with out a license. During the season there are sailboats, power boats and dolphin sharing the canals.
A fully equiped kitchen is available, for those times when home cooking beats Oysters Rockefeller at the Captains Table Restaurant
The living room is quite large and comfortable. It also provides a view of the canal through the lania. During the winter, the breeze flows gently through the condo.
