| IF IT ISN'T ACCURATE... HOW GOOD IS IT? Accurate Home Inspection Service prides itself on informing our clients of the overall condition of their new home so there are no surprises after they move in. All Accurate Home Inspections are conducted to the National Association of Home Inspectors Standards of Practice which on an average sized house can be a total of 350-400 items inspected. I use a state-of-the-art handheld computer system that generates a complete and comprehensive report that is printed on site. The report is typically 10-15 pages long, and is very easy to read. It summarizes on one page all unsafe situations and any items that may need repair or replacement. Each report is very carefully prepared, and only includes information that pertains to the house that is being inspected. It is not a handwritten checklist report. Home inspection fees are determined by how large the house is- (square footage) not by contract price.
