Qualifications

Candidate must have a BA or BS degree in Computer Science or demonstrate solid understanding of object orientation, design patterns, use-case design, an understanding of modern computer architecture Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience with C++ Candidate must be fluent in C++, including extensive experience with the STL and generic programming with templates Candidate must have experience programming Windows directly through the Win32 SDK Candidate must have extensive experience with COM. This experience should include writing ActiveX controls, understanding IDL, etc.

Preferred

Knowledge of COM/.NET interop technologies Knowledge of network programming and event-driven programming models Knowledge of ATL development is preferred and experience with the Windows Template Library (WTL) is a plus Knowledge of the Boost C++ library We're looking for candidates who are knowledgeable of industry trends, who seek out new ways to develop, and who are able to bring new ideas to the table We're looking for individuals that can simultaneously consider business constraints and technology merits when designing and proposing architectures Excellent follow through and attention to detail Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills
