- Helped devise a strategy to overcome an unhappy customer i.e.
Royal Commission of Yanbu and Jubail in Saudi Arabia which resulted not only in surviving the initial phase of Definition and Analysis for Oracle E-Business Suite but successfully helped my company to broaden the scope of services up to the phases of Implementation and Post-implementation support.
- Part of a three man team at a government agency that built and developed a “temporary” operations management system for the customer, at their site. The system was kept in preference to the commercial systems that were being assessed as the “permanent” solution.
