Sister Cities Association of Volusia County, Inc.
On October 7, 1993, a group of interested citizens gathered to consider developing a Sister Cities program for the Volusia area. The idea was enthusiastically supported, and the Sister Cities Association of Volusia County, Inc. was born. On December 7, 1993, it was incorporated as a non-profit organization in the State of Florida.
