How did you get your idea for your page?

After reading the manga and getting some fansubs of the first season, I decided to make up a music shrine for Rayearth. As I looked around for general information webpages, I realized there were not a lot of really comprehensive sites beyond Cephiro and Primera's (this was spring/summer '98). It didn't seem fair that so few sites existed for this really great series, and I figured it would be easier to make a combo site to a series that was relatively unknown, than say, Sailormoon :-)

Who are your influences?

Fuu of Cephiro and Primera, and I've been influenced by a lot of the bigger Sailormoon combo sites. Sites like Belldandy.net are a real inspiration.

If you could change anything about your page, what would you change?

I'd add more write-ups, if I weren't so lazy :-)

Do you have any advice for any budding webmasters out there?

Pick a series that hasn't been overdone, because it'll make writing content a lot more fun and make it easier to be unique. If you're making a Rayearth site there's a lot to be said about the second season of the anime, because no one really talks about that.

Do you generally enjoy being a webmaster or does it seem like a pain in the behind?

Hmm *smiles* Sometimes it's a headache fixing broken links (as I run a multimedia archive) but for the most part I enjoy being a webmistress. Running a Rayearth site is fun because it's such an uplifting series, and Rayearth visitors are very pleasant and friendly ;-)

Who is your favourite character, and why?

Hikaru, because she's always so enthusiastic and sincere.

What's original about your page(s)?

This is one of my most personal sites. I enjoy putting effort into it because I'm making it more out of my own enjoyment of the series than to please visitors.

Any final words?

Shoujo yo, Taishi wo Idake (Girls Embrace Ambition)! For me, that sums up the Magic Knights' creed ^_^
