This ring is designed for anyone who has websites on a manga that is a classic i.e Rose of Versailles, Oniisama e, Glass Mask, Candy Candy, Ouke no Monshou, etc. If your page features anime, that is fine -- but it must be a classic! Everyone can join as long as they meet the descripton above but there are a couple of rules you might want to follow. Your webpage has to at least have a couple of things on it, be it links or whatever. It cannot be just a hi, or welcome. The website may not be of anti-composer. It cannot contain any offensive stuff. The ring fragment should appear on the page you want to get linked to. Your webpage will be automatically deleted from the queue if you do not submit your site to the ring within 10 weeks. Well, I guess that's all the rules there is to it for now.
