Welcome to Bingo Mania's Halloween Name Contest 2007!

Welcome all we have been waiting for you. Show off your creativity by selecting a new GHOULISH and SPOOKY HALLOWEEN alias for a chance at some great prizes. It’s time to put on those thinking caps and get ready for a chance to win with a new name.

Simply pick a new name that we love and you may get a very nice gift. We had some fantastic entries last 2 Christmas seasons and we can't wait to see what you will come up with this year for Halloween.

We will award 3 prizes in each category; MOST CREATIVE/ORIGINAL, MOST OUTRAGEOUSLY FUNNY, and the BEST HALLOWEEN THEME.

RULES OF THE GAME:

HOW IT WORKS:

You must be an active player in Bingo Mania, Nickel Bingo or Bonkers4Bingo.

Only one name change per account/email address is allowed. If duplicated or multiple entries are received, only the first (1st) one will be accepted and the others disqualified.

You must keep the name from the time you change it, until the end of the month. Be sure to join us in the chat rooms so the GMs can see your new name.

Contest Timelines:

October 8, 2007: Contest officially begins

12 Midnight EST, October 20, 2007: Deadline to make a name change. Any name changes made after midnight (12:01 AM EST, Oct. 21st) will not qualify and will have to follow the normal 30 day rule change for name changes.

12 Midnight EST, October 22, 2007: Deadline to email entries to GM Bill. Any emails received after 12:01AM EST Oct. 23rd will not qualify for the contest.

October 23 - 28, 2007: Voting and tallying of winners

October 31st – Announcement in chat winners of contest

October 31st – Contest ends and you may request a name change on November 1st

November 2nd – Announcement in newsletters

Your name changes must follow Mania’s guidelines and cannot include "GM" in the name. After you make the name change, send your current alias (usual) and the Halloween name to GM Bill via gmbill@bingomania.com for entries. He will be the only ones to know of your true identity (UNLESS YOU GIVE IT AWAY). If you do not send an email, you will not qualify for the contest. Emails receive prior to official start (Oct 8th) and after closing of deadline (Oct 22nd 12MN EST) will be disqualified. E-Mail GM Bill

How to make a name change: Think of a new alias and send a help ticket to the office with the alias you would like. Please remember there is a 15 character limit for aliases. The office will then alter your account to reflect your new name. After the change is complete, email GM Bill your new contest alias and your prior alias.

Please note: do not email your name entry until the change has been made on your account in case the name choice is already taken or cannot be made.

Please be aware that the office is a very busy place and unless you are in need of help regarding Mania or Nickels, those questions you have regrading this game need to be addressed to the Chat GMs or GM BILL.
