The Story...
Little Wing is Little Wing, of course. It's Blues Branches in the
basement again. Brian Tonart lead guitar. The vocals, although
well done, are comparatively not very good. I overdubed
the keyboard and a de-fretted Ibanez melodic bass solo
in some shallow parts, but otherwise it's live. A good
friend of mine, Jim Pattison, has a 90-minute cassette
tape with nothing but Little Wing versions on it. It
has the original, some SRV bootlegs and several jam
versions---a couple with two BassPlayers.
