Yes, pot is a real word. It is normally used as a word for a cooking utensil, but it is also slang for Marijuana. In some dictionaries it is known as slang for Marijuana, so yes, "pot" is part of the English Language. Hope I interpreted the question right.
Question: What is the funniest name for a country?
Off the top of my head,
Burkina Faso.
New Zealand (have you ever heard of Old Zealand?????)
Micronesia.
I'd have to look it up for more.
Question: What is the American say on Internet Censorship?
Well, obviously pretty much the same as here in Australia. Except they might get a bit more evangelical about pornography sites. But otherwise they should have people for and against just like most other countries.
Question: What is the Strangest Animal on Earth?
Well, I shall define an animal as something big enough to see with the naked eye, and is not a plant. Very hard question that. Worms eat dirt, so they're pretty strange. But I'd say the strangest one is that fish that still has lungs and can walk on land. Not very well adapted to either environment, so I'd say that is the strangest creature on Earth.
Question: Why do Kamikaze pilots wear helmets?
Well, first of all, unless there are some still around, I'm presuming you mean the ones from WW2 here. The ones from Japan. Ok. The japanese were very fanatical about protecting their homeland during WW2, and for the young pilots who volunteered to be Kamikaze's it was a big event, they were doing a grand thing for their country. Therefore when they did fly, it was an event, and as it was an event they would want to look like real pilots. And real pilots wore helmets. I think that answers the question. They wanted to look like real pilots.
Question: Why is that people on the Death star wear helmets, yet no one on the Enterprise do - everybody knows that the Enterprise bounces around every time it gets hit by the tiniest little thing - the Death star never bounces around?
Easy. The Enterprise, will it is still a Federation Star Ship, is also home to many people. It really doesn't make sense to get all the little kids on the Enterprise to constantly wear helmets. And besides, the Enterprise was built as an exploratory vessel that could defend itself, and in a pinch it could fight. However, the Death star is designed to go into combat. But that is not the only reason. The Imperial troops wore helmets because they had to. Storm troopers had to. None of the officers did. But the silliest looking person on the Death star had to be the person who pulled the lever to fire. Oh no, this lever might hurt me. Here, have a helmet :)
Question: Why is it that the Enterprise never comes across a subspace anomaly which they've come across lots of times before and is completely harmless?
Well, for almost the same reason that the unknown ensign is always killed when he beams down. It just doesn't make for a good hour long episode. Imagine. "Captain's Log, stardate 3859.3. We have encountered another sub space anomaly, exactly the same as the sub space anomaly we detected in stardate 3747.1. We neutralized it and carried on" Just wouldn't keep me glued to my seat. And if it was harmless, why would the Enterprise stick around? It's entirely possible that instead of never encountering anomaly's it's never seen before that it does, but they just aren't shown in the episode.
Question:
Why do the crew members of the Enterprise never beam down to the surface
of a planet only to find that
everything is as it seems?
Well, a bit like the above. They probably do, but we don't see it. I don't remember ever seeing them spend time at a starbase either, yet they always seem to spend a fair while there. Or it just wouldn't make good TV.
