Another important art is literature. One of my favorite things on the web is
to find places that have collections of entire books on line, then I save the
pages and read them on my computer when I'm off-line. Here is a start of some
of my favorite on-line libraries. There are many types of books, and literally
thousands of volumes here. These links will take you to pages with every book
you can imagine. This collection is mostly histories since that's my favorite
subject, but there are other types as well, including most of the literary classics.
There are also collections of books in many languages for those of you who's first
language is not English, or if you are studying another language. (I know from
experience the quickest way to build a vocabulary in a language you are studying is
to read their books!) If you know of on-line libraries that you would like to see
