Sitzmark Sports Room Reservation Information
When calling for reservations your credit card will be charged a 1- night deposit for a 1-3 nights or a 2 night deposit for longer stays. Balance upon arrival. The exception being the prepaid holidays of Christmas and Memorial Day Weekend. See below for details. Master, Visa, American Express, and Novus
Christmas Holidays: Four nights minimum from Dec.23 to Jan 2. Initial two nights deposit when reservation is made. Balance due in full by Nov. 1.
Memorial Day weekend: Three nights minimum. Christmas rates. Initial one night deposit when reservation is made. Balance due in full by April 1.

Subject to 20% handling charge.
No refunds on early check-outs. Refunds on cancellations
if received 30 days in advance. Otherwise refunds only if units are re-rented.
For Christmas reservations no refunds if reservations are canceled after Nov 1 , unless units are re-rented. All refunds require 4-5 weeks processing time.
· LIMITATIONS ·
Reservation date changes can be made prior to 30 day cancellation for a $25 fee. Should there be more people in your party than have reservations, please inquire about more space and the maximum occupancy of the unit you reserved in advance. To assure a pleasant stay for ALL guests, we discourage overcrowding.
ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING ONLY.
SORRY, NO PETS.
If for some unforeseen reasons a requested room is not available, a room as close as possible to your Choice will be reserved.
