FOOD for SELF RELIANCE

If food supplies become scare, each individual who is self sufficient is one less person who will be dependent on government handouts, and one less person clamoring for the governnment to "take care of them". The more people who are self sufficient, the less liklihood of a totalitarian regime gaining power in the aftermath of Y2K. We do have one common sense suggestion...buy products and food stuffs that you KNOW how to use...if you're a "microwave TV Dinners" type person, it'd be wise to stick up on MRE's instead of buckets of grain, or, at least, learn how to prepare the "raw foodstuffs" BEFORE Y2k.
